Black-and-red Froghopper

Description:

The Black-and-red Froghopper (Cercopis vulnerata) is a species of froghopper (or spittle bug) in the family Cercopidae.
The male is 9–10.5 mm in length and the female 8–10.5 millimetres.

This little guy gave me a hard time taking a proper photo of it.
Each time I got close with my camera it just moved to the other side of the flower stem.
