It was not very difficult to find a Black-crowned Night-Heron in Hayarkon Park.
It seems that the park holds a healthy population of this beautiful bird and on this day I found several of them.
The second and third photo shows a bird that is trying to swallow a rather large fish.
I watched the bird doing this and finally, after about 45 minutes of struggeling, it managed to swallow the fish in whole.
