This leafhopper (Cicadellidae family) is just tiny, about 1 cm in lenght.
It seems that this leafhopper in Thailand is generally identified as Bothrogonia indistincta, but there are more species in this genus occuring in Thailand, so I am not sure.
There is very few information available on the internet.
