Description:

Gametis jucunda and Gametis forticula are beetles species that look very similar.
According to Dr. Takashi Higurashi and Dr. Kaoru Sakai from the Japanese Society of Scarabaeoidology, this is Gametis jucunda.
Both Gametis jucunda and Gametis forticula occur in the Wakayama area.
