Green Iguana

Description:

The color of Green Iguanas (Iguana iguana) is actually variable from green to brown to gray to even reddish-orange.
Males have longer and thicker dorsal spines than females.

The Green Iguana is native to Central and South America, and was introduced into Puerto Rico in the 1970s as a result of pet trade.
