Nut-tree Tussock

Description:

This stocky, very hairy moth has a wide fore wing and a blunt rounded wing tip.
The male has feathered antennae.
There is some variation in color; the ground colour of the forewings is variable silver to brownish grey.
The species is found throughout Europe and western Asia.

Caught in my self made moth trap.
