Scarce Long-horned Bee

Description:

Bees in the genus Eucera have a thick layer of fur and are dark in color.
The size of Eucera bees range from 11–18 mm.
Eucera species are solitary and make their nests in the ground.
As in most members of the tribe Eucerini, the antennae of the males are very long.
