Junonia almana (True Brushfoot sp.)

Description:

Unonia almana, sometimes also called the Peacock Pansy, is a butterfly species found in Cambodia and South Asia. 
It exists in two distinct adult forms, which differ mainly in the patterns on the underside of the wings.
The dry-season form has few markings on the underside of the wings, while the wet-season form has additional eyespots and lines.
The upperside of the wings of both forms are quite similar.

This is the dry-season form and subspecies Junonia almana javana.
