I think this is Eastern Pale Clouded Yellow (Colias erate).
In eastern European countries, however, the Eastern Pale Clouded Yellow can easily be confused with the Clouded Yellow (Colias crocea).
However, Colias crocea is usually more orange and the tip of its forewing is usually less pointed.
And to make it even more complicated, hybridisation between the two species occurs.
To be able to make a 100% identification, examination of the genetalia is required.
