Guibemantis liber is a member of the Mantellidae family.
This species is widely distributed in northern and eastern Madagascar.
A small, variable coloured, mainly arboreal frog (up to 29 mm); the similar Guibemantis pulcher can be identified by its different colouration of green with violet markings.
